BCMAG's AGM.

28th January 2002

Most of the AGM was spent electing (i.e. press-ganging) a management team to spread the workload and encourage more involvement from members. Previously, we had degenerated into not much more than a drinking/arguing club - we now intend to get involved with MAG events and issues, at local, regional and national levels. The balance can be struck between useful work and enjoying ourselves.

This AGM had a good turnout from members, and was generally very positive. Expect great things from BCMAG in the future.

Thanks to Eddie Lowe (Regional Rep) for attending as Regional Observer, as well as chairing the meeting. Also to Steve Gannon (Regional Treasurer), who attended to heckle everyone else!
