Most of us will be at the AGC during the day. That finishes about 5 so I suspect most will arrive just after then.

You can turn up anytime to set up your stuff, there's plenty of space.

The Merlin is open, it's now called the Hundred House, it's on the Stourbridge Road (B4091) Bromsgrove. The details are here, along with the times and what to bring: http://west-midlands-region.mag-uk.org/easterrun2006.php Although next year it is liable to move.

The AGC is the Annual General Conference. Its' the once a year National biggy, where all the comittee, reps, volunteers and members get to talk and vote on the future of MAG. This year will see the voting on the chairmans position (chairperson?). One not to be missed †Grin
The West Mids is hosting it this year - it moves around the country every time.

The Stoke Prior Sports and Country Club will be readily signposted from the M5 junction 5. Most of West Mids events are there at the moment as it's a great site. If I remember rightly, when you come off junction 5 (from southbound) you want the second exit off the roundabout (off motorway, passed the A38 turn off and take the next one), as if you are going back on the M5, then take the first left which will be immediately after you turn. But it will be well signposted.
If you have one of the new Birmingham A-Z's it's actually marked on it (8 J page 209) you can see it marked as 'sports ground'.

If you like you can arrange to ride up with someone else who knows the way.
