We must remember to advertise this event - like last year, we left it to the last minute, which affected attendance. Despite being our best kept secret, 17 bikes made the traditional run from Bromsgrove up to Centenary Square, for a few words and a moments silence, in honour of Fred's memory.

It doesn't really matter if we had thirty people, or a thousand - the important thing is to remember what Fred Hill believed in, and what he was prepared to do for his beliefs. We need to remember this, and make sure future motorcyclists are told about Fred, so that there are always people ready to stand up for what is right.
